A well-established company in Umhlanga is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant / Secretary to provide professional support to three directors.

This is a permanent role, working four mornings a week

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing schedules, appointments & correspondence
• Preparing reports, documents & presentations
• Handling administrative tasks & general office support
• Coordinating meetings & travel arrangements

Requirements:

? Proven experience as a Personal Assistant / Secretary
? Strong organizational & communication skills
? Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
? Ability to multitask & work independently

Drivers licence and own transport essential.
