POSITION INFO:
A new start-up salon in Cape Town is looking for 3 x experienced Hairstylists & Colourists to join their team. The successful candidates will be South African citizens with a minimum of 1 years’ experience as a stylist / colourist coupled with a relevant hairstylist qualification.
Requirements:
· SETA-accredited Hairdressing qualification
· South African citizen able to communicate in both English and Afrikaans
· Excellent people and communication skills
· Attention to detail
· Good listening skills
Working Hours:
· Monday to Saturday
· Closed on Sunday
Responsibilities:
· Basic hair care services (trimming, cutting, styling)
· Advanced colouring, braiding and bleaching
· Hair and scalp treatment
· Recommend various products and techniques which promote healthy hair
· Order supplies
· Ensure a clean working area at all times
· Keep up-to-date with latest trends in hairdressing and colouring
