SUMMARY:
JOB PURPOSE 

Under the supervision of the SPA Manager, the UNISEX Hairdresser is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by providing professional hair and barber services as well as wellness education in order to maximize SPA revenue and achieve the highest levels of guest satisfaction.

POSITION INFO:
KEY RESPONSIBILITES

• Performs professional, customer-oriented hair and barbering services in accordance with company protocols 
• Delivers the highest standards of service to all guests within the SPA facilities 
• Actively promotes SPA services, packages and the SPA facilities 
• Accurately and efficiently schedules guest appointments and consultations 
• Maintains the standards and visual presentation of the salon work stations and SPA facilities Follows all sanitation and cleaning procedures for salon work stations and equipment 
• Assists in all areas of the SPA operation as requested by the SPA Manager 

• - Completed full time hairdressing training course and have 
• diploma/certificate
• - Caribbean nationalities must have a certificate/diploma issued by the 
• NCTVET (government)
• - Have experience with ladies’ hairdressing including but not limited to 
• styling, hair up dos, cutting and colouring techniques
• - Confident with gentlemen’s hairdressing and barbering services
• including shaves
• - Salon Work Experience

• - Languages - Italian, French, German, English, Spanish, Portuguese

• Valid South African Passport
