POSITION INFO:

Job Description:

• Perform planned preventative maintenance and routine inspections on ventilation, refrigeration, and air-conditioning systems
• Carry out full mechanical and electrical repairs on HVAC and refrigeration equipment
• Diagnose and resolve faults across HVAC, refrigeration, and ventilation systems efficiently
• Conduct site assessments and compile detailed condition and service reports
• Complete new installations and upgrades as directed by the Site Supervisor
• Accurately complete all job-related documentation, service reports, and close-out paperwork
• Raise and manage material requests through the procurement process to support job completion
• Always Ensure full compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act
• Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirement

• Minimum of 5 years’ solid, hands-on experience within the HVAC industry
• Proven experience across ventilation, refrigeration, and air-conditioning systems
• Previous exposure to oil and gas environments will be highly advantageous
• Strong understanding of advanced air-conditioning, refrigeration, and heating principles
• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights above 2 metres
• High attention to detail, with the ability to identify critical issues and follow technical instructions accurately
• Working knowledge of single-phase and three-phase electrical testing and fault finding

• Valid Category A SAQCC card (highly advantageous)
• Must have valid driver’s license
