HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER - WARTBURG

POSITION INFO:

RedCat Recruitment is seeking a HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER for a well-established, large concern, position based in Wartburg, KwaZulu-Natal.

REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12.

Valid driver’s license / own reliable transport.

Degree in Human Resources, Organisation Psychology or Business.

Competent computer skills (Email / Microsoft Office).

8-10 years senior management experience (with Country Exco member experience).

Adhere to human resources functional excellence and minimum standards, and ensure compliance to statutory, regulatory or policy requirements.

Partner with senior leadership to set direction and drive an integrated medium- and long-term human resources strategy to enable business performance.

Coach and oversee line manager competence development of people processes.

Identify and monitor KPIs to track performance and influence to realise improvement.

Lead relevant and sustainable talent acquisition, talent management, engagement and retention processes.

Partners with Talent and Development to ensure effective employee skills and career development plans are defined and implemented.

Manage reward and remuneration to ensure alignment with ISSA principles/policies and meets site affordability.

Lead effective localisation and diversity management strategies and plans.

Develop a mutually beneficial industrial relations climate to achieve harmonious working environments and productivity.

Support line managers to resolve employee relations issues, disciplinary related matters and grievances.

Enable and drive effective talent management and engaged performance management (EPM).

Active management of poor performance with line manager.

Develops and implements holistic wellness plans and effectively manages performance of clinic staff. 

Ensures efficient manpower / paycost and human resources administration for accurate employee master data and management of information.
