Duties: - Administer, maintain and optimise the SAGE 300 HRIS and Employee Self-Service (ESS) platform.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity and security of employee and payroll-related data.
- Develop standard and ad hoc HR reports, dashboards and workforce analytics.
- Configure HR workflows, approvals and ESS functionality.
- Support payroll integration, month-end and year-end processing.
- Provide system support, user training and troubleshooting.
- Drive HRIS enhancements, upgrades and continuous process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, audit requirements and statutory reporting standards.
Job Experience & Skills Required: Qualifications: - Matric (Grade 12)
- Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems or a related field (NQF Level 6).
- Formal certification or training in SAGE 300 or SAGE Premier HR (essential).
Experience: - 5 years' experience administering HR Information Systems.
- Proven experience working with SAGE 300/Premier HR and Employee Self-Service (ESS).
- Strong HR data management, reporting and workflow configuration experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- A solid understanding of HR and payroll processes.
- Experience with system integrations, automation and HR technology.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
