Adcorp is a  JSE listed entity specialisng in morden workplace solutions is seeking an experienced Human Resource Business Partner. The purpose of the HRBP is to provide expertise, advice and support in the development of the HR business partner process, principles and guidelines, and to provide related HR consultancy services to business; enhancing service delivery and enabling performance targets. 

• Qualifications (Bachelors +) 
• 5 â?? 8 years relevant experience
• Generalist experience: ie. CCMA, Performance Management and Talent Management
• Stakeholder engagement EXCO level Reporting
• Strategic Business Partner experience ie. Change Management/OE
• Experience Managing S189 S197 
• Vaccinated/Open to PCR test weekly
