Qualification and Experience:

Qualifications (Bachelors +)Â
5 â?? 8 years relevant experience
Generalist experience: ie. CCMA, Performance Management and Talent Management
Stakeholder engagement EXCO level Reporting
Strategic Business Partner experience ie. Change Management/OE
Experience Managing S189 S197Â
Vaccinated/Open to PCR test weekly
