HR manager

SUMMARY:
Do you have experience in employee matters and do you know how to make employees matter? Looking for an experienced and qualified HR professional. Generalist experience is beneficial. Your expertise in Conflict management is key. Strong business acumen and ability to negotiate are essential. You will need sound working knowledge and understanding of Labour Law and all relevant HR legislation. Strong knowledge of HR practices, Remuneration and benefits management and Employee relations. In addition you are not allergic to Recruitment and the Talent management life cycle (attraction, acquisition and retention).

POSITION INFO:
An HR rockstar with a minimum of 10 years professional experience.

Ideal: 

• 4+ years in a Call Centre environment coupled with HR experience in Insurance or Financial Services

• Benefits administration
• Recruitment and selection process internally and externally
• Assessment of new and current employees 
• Support managers to make hiring decisions
• Employee on / off boarding 
• Contract management
• Manage transfer, termination and promotion processes

• Support to payroll 
• Manage the ICAS relationship
• Performance Management
• Employee Relations and discipline

• Remuneration, Rewards and Incentives
• Policies and Procedures
