POSITION INFO:

ð¨ We're Recruiting! HR Support Officer – Germiston (6–12 Month Contract) ð¨

Are you passionate about people and processes? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where your HR expertise makes a real impact? We’re looking for a HR Support Officer to join our clients team in Germiston on a 6 to 12-month contract.

ð Key Responsibilities:

Industrial Relations (IR): Handle disciplinary processes, poor performance cases, and day-to-day IR matters.
Employment Equity: Support and contribute to EE initiatives and compliance.
Reporting: Assist with HR-related reporting and data management.
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE): Provide support to HSE activities (no formal qualifications required).
Administration: Perform general HR administrative duties with accuracy and efficiency.

â What We’re Looking For:

HR Qualification will be an advantage, or studying towards one with experience
Proven experience in HR support roles.
Strong understanding of IR and EE practices.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
