Manufacturing company seeks a well experienced HR and SDF to join their ever-improving team

POSITION INFO:

Qualification

Matric
Accredited SDF training

Requirements

3+ years experience in HR admin, skills development and training
Experience on SAGE 300
Exposure to Payroll
WSP ATR and EEQ reports
Experience working with Merseta and Services Seta

Duties

Assist in development of WSP
Submit WSP to Seta
Assist wih the drafting of an ATR on the implementation of WSP
Act as a contact person between the employer and Seta
Skills development
Seta initiatives, grants, and benefits
Quarterly SDL and EEQ meetings
Effective and efficient coordination of learning programs
Learning events
Demonstrate skills development expertise aligned with National Skills Deve4lopment Strategies
Manage, control and reconcile purchase orders and expenses within budget
SOP training for all Factory Staff annually
Load training interventions on People system
Arrange annual medicals
On-the-job training for both factory and office staff - monitoring and evaluation
WCA/RMA - submit IOD online
Assist HR Manager
Assist with payroll duties as and when required
