SUMMARY:
HR Professional needed for a company in the Northam area

POSITION INFO:
To apply for this position MUST have the following requirements:

• Valid drivers license and own transport essential
• 5+ years' HR generalist experience
• Strong Employee Relations / Industrial Relations experience
• Practical experience with disciplinary and grievance processes
• Experience dealing with CCMA matters
• Good working knowledge of LRA, BCEA, EEA and Skills Development legislation
• Mining / heavy industry / logistics / transport experience highly advantageous
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the full HR function
