HR Practitioner Generalist

SUMMARY:
Our client in the mining industry has an EE opportunity for a HR Practitioner Generalist to be based in the Brits area.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

• Degree or National Diploma in Human Resources
• Grade 12
• 3 years relevant experience, preferably 1 year supervisory experience
• Must have employee benefits experience and understanding – Medical Aid/Provident/Tax
• SAP certification (advantageous)
• Experience on the following:
• SAP Experience
• Remuneration/Payroll experience
• Time and Attendance

• Comply with the relevant HR legislation (Employment Equity Act etc)
• Able to log on to navigate within the SAP HR environment
• Familiar with the concepts of Personnel Actions, HR Master Data and Info types
• Familiar with and able to use different HR reporting options for HR Master Data, example Standard reports and SAP Queries
• Maintain the HR SAP Master data
• Implement organisational development initiatives as required
• Recruitment and selection
• Receive, filter and distribute CV’s to the recruitment panel
• Drive implementation of action plans within the departments
• Coordinate medical examinations
• Administer the exit processes and compile exit statistics
• Ensure completion of all necessary documentation on sign on of new employees (Entry medical, medical aid, Pension fund etc.)
