JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties:

Ensure the correct application of all Company policies and procedures.
Effective administration skills.
Maintain sound relations with key stakeholders, management and labour / employees.
Manpower Planning and effective recruitment & selection.
Accurately compiling monthly HR reports and effective handling of all HR queries.

Requirements:

B degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management
Minimum 3 years’ experience and knowledge of current Labour legislation
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Understanding of business principles and HR environment
Computer literate, MPower & Kronos systems would be an advantage
Experience in unionised environment a strong recommendation
Ability to work independently and a team player with high level of confidentiality
Leadership skills
