SUMMARY:
The main purpose & responsibilities are to assist in developing and maintaining the HR Department and servicing the overall organisation in terms of HR related matters.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Main Duties:

Recruitment, selection and onboarding
Assist with adherence to HR statutory/compliance requirements
Learning & development
Performance management and career development
Participate in IR matters
Assist with comprehensive policies and procedures
Assist and facilitate employee engagement activities
Accurate record keeping and filing
Payroll assistance and employee benefits administration
General administration

Proficiency in MS Office
Exposure to HR Compliance, processes and procedures

Requirements:

HR Certificate / Diploma
2 years’ experience in a HR Generalist role
Code 08 drivers’ licence
