Manufacturing company in Cape Town is looking for a HR Officer to join their team

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Knowledge and experience in a range of HR management functions including recruitment and selection, payroll, performance management, training, coaching and developing of staff, employee and labour relations. Strong interpersonal and team management skills

Knowledge of Acts, Government Regulations, Industrial and Labour Relations and CCMA proceedings

Undertake correspondence, prepare routine reports and maintain records. Maintaining, developing and implementing of HR systems as well as continually improving existing systems

Absenteeism and Leave Records (NB)
Administer Payroll System
Progressive Discipline
Exit Interview Process
Administration of Training & Skills Development Program
Performance Management System
HR Audit
Other general duties within reason
