POSITION INFO:

The client is looking for a dynamic HR Officer to join their Wynberg operations and provide comprehensive HR support across compliance, recruitment, and employee relations.

What You’ll Do:

Act as the first point of contact for HR queries and benefits guidance
Manage WSP/ATR submissions and training records
Handle Injury on Duty (IOD) cases and liaise with the Compensation Fund
Coordinate disciplinary hearings for operational staff
Oversee time & attendance systems and support payroll accuracy
Drive recruitment for operational roles, including onboarding and offboarding

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in HR Management or related field
3+ years’ HR generalist experience
Knowledge of EE, WSP/ATR, and IOD case management
Strong administrative, communication, and problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
