SUMMARY:
A leader within the logistics industry seeks to employ an HR and OHS Coordinator to join their successful team

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualification
  • Matric
  • Certificate or qualification in occupational health and safety
Requirements
  • Computer literate
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Must be available to start as soon as possible
  • MUST be able to work in a fast paced and stressful environment
  • Must be familiar with VIP Software and ECO time clock system
  • Must have excellent organising and administration skills
Duties
  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions
  • Administrative support
  • Update clocking system
  • Coordinate HR projects and workman’s compensation claims
  • Assist with the recruitment process
  • Developing, improving and implementing health and safety plans
  • Ensuring compliance in the workplace
  • Conducting health and safety inspections and risk assessments
  • Reporting on OHS- Related activities
