A leader within the logistics industry seeks to employ an HR and OHS Coordinator to join their successful team

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualification

Matric
Certificate or qualification in occupational health and safety

Requirements

Computer literate
Minimum of 3 yearsâ experience in a similar role
Must be available to start as soon as possible
MUST be able to work in a fast paced and stressful environment
Must be familiar with VIP Software and ECO time clock system
Must have excellent organising and administration skills

Duties

Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions
Administrative support
Update clocking system
Coordinate HR projects and workmanâs compensation claims
Assist with the recruitment process
Developing, improving and implementing health and safety plans
Ensuring compliance in the workplace
Conducting health and safety inspections and risk assessments
Reporting on OHS- Related activities
