A well-established and expanding group within the fuel logistics and commercial refuelling industry is looking for an experienced and hands-on Human Resources Manager to take ownership of the HR function across the business and its subsidiaries.
 
This is a senior standalone HR role ideal for a strong HR generalist who enjoys operating in a dynamic environment and partnering closely with leadership to drive employee engagement, compliance, performance, and organisational growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement
• Draft job specifications and oversee recruitment pipelines
• Conduct interviews and coordinate assessments
• Facilitate onboarding and induction processes

• Drive and manage performance review processes
• Coordinate training, development, and upskilling initiatives
• Manage Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and Annual Training Report (ATR) submissions
• Support succession planning and employee growth strategies

• Manage disciplinary hearings, grievances, and investigations
• Ensure compliance with South African labour legislation
• Facilitate conflict resolution and employee engagement initiatives
• Maintain accurate employee and disciplinary records

• Oversee monthly payroll processing and payroll administration
• Manage leave administration, contracts, employee records, and HR reporting
• Liaise with finance regarding payroll reconciliations and statutory compliance

• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
• Drive Employment Equity and BBBEE initiatives
• Ensure HR compliance across the group
• Play a key role in building a positive and high-performing company culture
