Job Description

Job Duties:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates
Oversee employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Administer employee benefits and payroll
Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related issues
Conduct training and development programmes for employees
Handle grievances and resolve conflicts within the workplace

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Proven experience as an HR manager or similar role
Knowledge of HR functions and best practises
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Preferred Qualifications:

HR certification (e.g., CIPD)
Experience in the travel, leisure, tourism, or hospitality industry

Working Conditions:

Office-based role with occasional travel required
Standard working hours with flexibility needed during peak times
Collaboration with various departments and external stakeholders
Fast-paced environment with high levels of responsibility
