Our client is a well-established organisation operating within the manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain environment. With a reputation for quality, operational excellence, and continuous improvement, the business is seeking a dynamic HR professional to partner with management and drive effective people practices across the organisation.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to appointment.
Facilitate onboarding and induction programmes.
Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees.
Manage disciplinary, grievance, and incapacity procedures
Promote positive employee relations and engagement.
Conduct workplace investigations and support conflict resolution.
Coordinate performance review processes.
Assist managers with performance objectives and development plans.
Support initiatives aimed at improving employee productivity and performance. Identify training and development needs across the business.
Coordinate internal and external training interventions.
Assist with WSP and ATR submissions.
Support succession planning and talent development initiatives. Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with South African labour legislation.
Support Employment Equity, BBBEE, and Skills Development initiatives.
Assist with HR reporting, audits, and policy implementation.
Manage and update HR policies and procedures.
Provide payroll input and administrative support.
Assist with payroll-related queries and employee benefits administration.
Ensure employee changes are accurately communicated and processed.

Minimum Requirements

Degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
3-5 years' experience in a Human Resources Generalist role.
Sound knowledge of South African labour legislation.
Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
Knowledge of Employment Equity, Skills Development, and BBBEE requirements.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with HRIS and payroll systems will be advantageous.
Valid driver's licence
