Requirements:
- Studying towards an HR Degree or National Diploma and requiring workplace experience
- Knowledge
- Begins to develop current knowledge of HR Laws and Regulations.
- Keeps abreast of new developments in the HR field.
- Develops a working knowledge of HR information databases and searchable resources.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Office).
- Personable, able to deal with a variety of people comfortably and pleasantly.
- Strong customer service skill.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Willingness to learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.
- Motivated to give input and work in a strong team-oriented environment.
- Detail oriented.
