SUMMARY:
Our client in the Engineering industry is seeking a HR Generalist to join them in Silverton, Pretoria.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The successful incumbent will be responsible for:
  • Manage the HR activities and administer policies according to executive level direction
  • Manage developing programs and policies
  • Control the compensation and benefits function, employee relations, recruitment and staffing, training and development and employee records
  • Full payroll function for employees
  • Administration of pension funds and MIBFA
  • Discipline and grievances
  • Industrial Relations
  • Performance Management
 
Minimum qualifications and experience:
  • BCom HR or relevant qualifications
  • 5 years experience in HR Management
  • 2 Years experience in Engineering / Manufacturing industry
