 What You’ll Do

• Lead union relationships and manage disciplinary processes.
• Oversee HR compliance and implementation thereof. 
• HR administrative functions.
• Provide guidance on labour relations, policies, and compliance.
• Partner with the HR team to build a strong, motivated and engaged workforce.

 What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Labour Relations, or a related field.
• At least 5 years’ HR experience, with exposure to both strategic and operational HR.
• At least 3 years’ experience in labour relations, from the start to end of the process, including CCMA.
• At least 3 years'' experience in compliance implementation of HR related legislation.
• Strong understanding of labour legislation and compliance requirements.
• Confident communicator with experience in union and negotiations.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable, comfortable managing a diverse portfolio in a dynamic and growing group.
