POSITION INFO:

ð¸ What You’ll Be Doing

Be at the heart of the people function and support the full HR lifecycle:
â¨ Recruitment & On/Offboarding

End-to-end recruitment and workforce planning
Run smooth interview, onboarding, and exit processes
Enhance the overall employee experience

â¨ Employee Relations

Support a positive, inclusive culture
Guide and assist employees with HR-related matters
Help resolve issues using IR best practice

â¨ Performance & Engagement

Administer performance reviews and goal setting
Support engagement initiatives, development programs, and change management

â¨ Compliance & Governance

Ensure alignment with labour laws and HR regulations
Assist with audits and compliance across BBBEE, EE, OHS, LRA, SETA, DoL, SARS

â¨ Training & Development

Coordinate training, career development, and succession planning

â¨ Benefits & Payroll

Administer benefits (medical aid, provident fund, etc.)
Assist with payroll processing

â¨ HR Data & Reporting

Maintain accurate HR data, reporting, and document control
Ensure confidentiality and POPIA compliance

â¨ Facilities Support

Support space planning, assets management, and vendor coordination

ð¸ What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years’ experience in an HR Generalist or similar role
Solid understanding of labour law & HR best practice
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
High levels of empathy, professionalism, and confidentiality
Calm, adaptable, proactive, and able to navigate sensitive conversations
