JOB DESCRIPTION:

Established concern based in Pietermaritzburg is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join their team!

Key Functions include:

Cover the entire HR scope of work, including BBBEE.
Develop training programs and material.
Conduct organizational needs assessment.
Lead training and coaching programs and assess program impact.
Manage training schedules and direct individual trainers.
Assist with day-to-day payroll related activities and processing of all payrolls (± 600 employees) including the accurate remuneration payments to employees and maintaining the integrity of the payroll.
General administration, confidential filing, UIF and processing of tax directives.
Assist with the preparation and coordination of year-end salary reviews.
Assist with the management of retirement funds, medical aid benefits and processing thereof.

Skills and Qualifications:

Grade 12 with a Diploma/Degree in Human Sciences or equivalent NQF level of academic credentials.
Recent, relevant and valid payroll certification of competence.
3-5 years’ experience in training specialisation.
3-5 years’ experience in payroll inclusive of executive administration.
Ability to demonstrate above average data analysis, organisational, presentation, leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.
Confidentiality and integrity, attention to detail, deadline driven and good business acumen is essential.
Ability to demonstrate computer literacy in MS Office 365 and VIP Payroll.
