This role supports labour management and recruitment across Mining Services, Processing, and Engineering departments. The incumbent will play a key role in operational HR delivery, reporting, data analytics, and systems optimisation within a high-performance mining environment.
Location: Limpopo Province (relocation assistance available)

Requirements: -
Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources / Industrial Psychology / Labour Relations or related field
Minimum 7 years' HR experience within a mining environment (essential), of which 3 years must be in leading a team
Proven experience dealing with operational HR matters in mining
Unionised environment exposure (advantageous)
Advanced SAP HR knowledge and practical systems experience
Advanced Excel capability (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, automation)
Strong reporting and analytical experience on labour trends
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Key Responsibilities: -
Coordinate and manage end-to-end HR operations across Mining Services, Processing, and Engineering divisions
Provide supervisory oversight and team management to direct reports
Support labour management processes, including absenteeism, discipline trends, AWOP monitoring, and workforce analytics
Drive recruitment processes for operational and technical roles, ensuring compliance and time-to-fill targets
Manage, maintain and optimise SAP HR data integrity, transactions, and reporting accuracy
Develop and maintain HR dashboards, automated trackers, and analytical labour reports
Conduct labour trend analysis (absenteeism, overtime, workforce movement, productivity indicators) and provide actionable insights
Support line management with HR advisory services and labour trend interpretation
