Our client in Germiston has an opportunity available for an HR Coordinator.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

English First Language
Minimum of a Bachelor''s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development.
A minimum of 3 years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions.
Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development
Experience: 3-5 years relevant experience, preferably in a Manufacturing environment
In-depth understanding of labour law
In-depth understanding of Motor Industry Bargaining Council main agreement and regulations
Knowledge of Employment Equity Legislation
Knowledge of Skills Development Legislation

KPAs:

Manage Human Resources Department which has more than one discipline:

Payroll Department
Health and Safety
Employee Clinic
Employee Canteen
BBBEE

Formulating Human Resources policies and procedures and ensures they are carried out
Advise, support and counsel line managers; coordinators and supervisors.
Performance Management: Develop, implement, monitor
Oversee all appointment and terminations (including terminations due to operation requirements)
Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment: Monitor, evaluate, implement and report
