HR Coordinator (4 Month Temp Position)

SUMMARY:
Our client is a financial services company based in Menlyn Pretoria. They currently require an HR Coordinator for a 4 month temporary contract as a maternity leave stand-in.

POSITION INFO:
Purpose of position:
Responsible for timely and accurate delivery of all HR Administrative duties with a customer service approach.
Requirements:
B.com degree or related HR diploma advantageous
Clear ITC and criminal background checks
Knowledge of the BCEA
Min 2-3 years solid HR Admin experience
Responsibilities:

• Administer all HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment and all internal documentation (example transfers/promotions/salary structure changes/salary increases)
• Department administration including updating of all files and employee handbooks
• Handling email correspondence of new employees and monthly changes to relevant departments for preparations
• Preparing new employee documentation before induction training
• Accurate data capturing and record keeping of monthly documentation on HR database for reporting purposes
• Preparation of employee information for payroll – ensuring variation information is received and updated timeously and providing support to payroll
• Assist in the recruitment process, background checks and providing timeous feedback
• Respond and assist with employee related queries and requests
• Ad hoc HR projects
