Our client is a high performing, leading Investment Groups in South Africa and the role reports into the Group HR Officer.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR MIS Reporting and analysis
  • C-suite succession planning and talent planning
  • Onboarding
  • HR Projects and employee wellness

Qualifications and experience

  • Relevant Degree/ Hons in Organisational Psychology
  • At least 5 years related experience
  •  Experience within Financial Services
