SUMMARY:
A four months fixed term position available for an energetic and ambitious individual with exposure to the full spectrum of HR duties to join the Company and provide overall HR support to relevant clients.

POSITION INFO:

Duties & Responsibilities

HR Administration including preparation of contracts of employment and management

Drafting of policies and procedures

Recruitment and Selection

HR Management reporting on a weekly and monthly basis

WSP/ATR reporting

Industrial relations including supporting management with disciplinary procedures

Leave management

Employment Equity

Employee Wellness initiatives

Facilitate exit interviews

Desired Experience & Qualification

Relevant HR qualification (minimum 3 years)

2-5 years relevant experience in an HR Generalist position performing the full HR function

Sage 300 People experience advantageous

Excellent skills in MS Office

Strong interpersonal & relationship building skills

Exceptional verbal & written communication skills

Own transport & driver license

Ability to work flexible working hours to be available for consultations

Customer service orientation

Essential Competencies

Meticulous with strong attention to detail and accuracy

Strong Planning and Organising skills

Ability to cope with pressure and deadlines in a fast-moving environment
