Our client based near the Piet Retief area is looking for a Dynamic HR Clerk to join their team!
The Main Purpose of the function is:
- To provide human resources administrative services and support.
- To ensure that all human resources administrative functions are carried out accurately in line with agreed deadlines.
- Compile reports for Labour statistics.
- Administration of bargaining unit staff personal information and records.
- Assist with documents for engagements and terminations.
- Administration of time and attendance.
- Comply with the production and safety procedures.
- Comply with the requirements of ISO and Quality management Systems.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12
- HR Diploma / Degree or reasonable progress toward achievement.
- At least 12 months experience in a Human Resources environment.
- At least 12 months of experience working on a time and attendance system.
- At least 3 years’ experience in using Microsoft 365.
- Computer literate in Microsoft 365
- Ability to communicate in English and isiZulu
