Food Processing Plant seeks an HR Business Partner to assist with the full HR function, manage organizational development, balance scorecards, facilitate transformation, oversee employees'' well-being and identify well-being initiatives, assist with educational training and development, do skills audits and development plans, and contribute to the completing of WSP and ATR, do recruitment and selection and manage staff retention. Part of your function will be IR and Labor Relations. You will be responsible for Employment Equity and Diversity, performance management, remuneration and incentive management, and HR reporting and analytics. Min Degree in HR, with 5yrs operational exp, preferably in food processing. Ideally, you will need to be a good generalist with experience in all aspects of HR.
