SUMMARY:
Our client, a leader in the collections space in South Africa is looking for an HR BP to join their fast-paced team.

POSITION INFO:
This role requires a seasoned HR Business Partner. The incumbent will be required to operationalize the HR strategic agenda at the functional and branch level. This will be achieved by implementing various HR processes across the HR value chain and ensuring effective HR service delivery across the function/branch level. The HRBP will act as the first point of contact to employees for all HR related matters at functional and branch level.

To qualify for the role you will have:

B Degree in Human Resources Management
Post graduate qualification in HR Management will be an advantage
4-5 years’ experience in a Human Resources generalist role
Experience in a Call Centre environment
