HR Business Partner

Multinational, leading supplier of global solutions within the transport logistics industry, operating in South Africa and Africa, are looking for an astute HR BP for one of their premium automotive clients.

In this role, based at client automotive site, partner with business and provide aligned and compliant HR and IR support, guidance and services to management and staff to increase organisational effectiveness, drive organisational priorities and translate this to actionable deliverables.

Degree / diploma agreement essential with a min of 5 years HR Management experience with a proven working knowledge of the full IR function and related labour legislation (BCEA, LRA and the EE act), change management and a good understanding of the Road Freight Bargaining Council and Main agreement essential. Exposure to the Supply Chain / Logistics industries, project management principles and coaching techniques preferable.
