HR Business Partner (500k Ã¢Â€Â“ 800k) Gauteng Ã¢Â€ÂœA good HR business partner knows their stuff and not just the law and compensation, but how change happens and how to engage peopleÃ¢Â€Â.

POSITION INFO:

Developing the HR agenda.
Developing HR strategies, policies, and practices.
Improving and monitoring employee productivity.
Structuring compensation and benefit packages.
Managing staff wellness initiatives.
Improving relations between staff and employers.
Evaluating staffing needs.
Overseeing recruitment efforts.
Managing and allocating HR funds.
Engaging with heads of department

Qualifications

Diploma/ Degree in HR or Industrial Psychology
