An exciting role has opened at a high-performance organization for a driven and organized HRBP with solid Call Centre HR experience

POSITION INFO:

As an HR BP, you will operationalize the HR strategy for business. This will be achieved by implementing various HR processes across the HR Value chain and ensuring effective HR service delivery at the functional & branch levels. The HR Business Partner will act as the first contact to employees for all HR related matters at the functional or branch level.

The HR Business Partner will provide tactical support to the Senior HR Business Partner in the following areas:

HR administration
Talent Acquisition
Performance Management
Employee Relations
Employee Wellness
Employee Engagement
Employee Value Proposition
Learning & Development
Talent Management

To qualify you will have:

Completed HR Degree
4-5 years years’ experience in a Human Resources generalist role
Call Centre HR experience
