SUMMARY:
HR Assistant | Administration role required for a growing Engineering Company on the East Rand (Benoni).

POSITION INFO:
Duties:
HR & OHS Admin (filing, scanning, etc.)
Email correspondence
Leave management
Absentee tracking
Liaising with managers/team leads
Maintain and update ERS Clock system
Experience in calculating hours
Monthly reports to Payroll Department
Liaising with employees and company to maintain a good working relationship

Required Skills:
Basic Employment Conditions - Legal knowledge : 1 to 2 years Metal Industry Employment Conditions - Legal knowledge : 1 year or less
Technological competency - Microsoft Office : 2 to 3 years Technological competency - Microsoft Forms : 1 year or less Technological competency - Google Forms : 1 year or less Employee Relations : 2 to 3 years

Minimum Requirements:
Matric
Valid Drivers License
Excellent Command of English
Microsoft Office (Excel)
Good time management skills to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
In-depth knowledge of OHS legislation and procedures
ISO 9001:2015 knowledge will be beneficial at salary negotiations
