HR Administrator (Killarney Gardens) CPT

POSITION INFO:

Fair Cape offers the following vacancy HR Administrator and invites interested candidates suitable for the position and that complies with the minimum requirements of the position to apply. 

Main purpose of the job:

Manage and perform HR Administration functions to ensure accurate record and traceability of employee records.  

Minimum requirements:

  • Matric

  • B. Degree in HR Management Diploma or relevant qualification in Human Resources Management.

  • Induction training to specific HR work procedures and practices within our organisation

  • Experience as an HR Officer - 3-5 years’ experience in a HR environment

  • Sage VIP: Premier

  • Computer literate and knowledgeable on information systems

  • Competency based interviewing experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Display confidence and must be resourceful

  • Ability to work under pressure and a high attention to detail

Knowledge

  • Knowledge of HR principles and practices

  • Labour Legislation

  • Principles of Business Administration and Management

  • Personnel and human resources best practices

  • Policy Formulation & Basic Production and processing knowledge

  • Legislation e.g. LRA, WCA, BEE, OHSA

  • Basic principles and practices of Education & Training, Organisational Development, Career Management

Skills

  • People Handling Skills

  • Systems & Administration

  • Payroll Knowledge (VIP)

  • Computer Skills

  • Interviewing Skills

  • Facilitation

Special Conditions :           Own Car & Valid Driver’s License
