HR Administrator

SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking an HR Administrator to provide cost-effective and efficient day-to-day human resources administration, management, and support across the organisation. The role requires strict adherence to South African labour legislation while consistently maintaining a strong, customer-focused approach. The successful candidate will be diligent in following standard procedures and accurately documenting all activities to ensure legislative compliance and achieve targeted efficiency improvements

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Matric
• HR Diploma Or Equivalent
• 2- 5 years’ experience in a similar Role
• Experience in ‘managing’ medium to large sized Company headcount
• SABPP Or Equivalent
• Legislative Knowledge (BCEA/LRA)
• CCMA Knowledge
• Retail Industry Knowledge
• Numerical Skills
