Vacancy: HR Administrator - Mining/Processing (Thabazimbi Area)
Job Responsibilities:
- Administer day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
- Maintain up-to-date HR records and ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations within the mining sector.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures aimed at enhancing staff engagement and organizational performance.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills in mining and processing areas.
- Assist in payroll administration and benefits management to ensure timely and accurate processing of employee salaries.
- Engage with employees to resolve HR-related queries and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and suggest improvements to HR processes.
Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma.
- Proven understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices in the mining and processing industry.
- Proven experience in the mining and processing industry.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 5-10 years experience in an HR administration role, preferably in the mining/processing sector.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple HR functions and effectively manage employee relationships.
Salary & Benefits:
- Monthly Salary: R20,000 - R25,000 based on experience and qualifications.
