POSITION INFO:
Our client is looking for a dedicated HR Administrator to join their dynamic team and play a pivotal role in their organization's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Communication: Serve as the vital link between our valued employees and management, ensuring clear and effective communication channels are established and maintained.
- Manage IOD (Injury on Duty): Administer our Injury on Duty (IOD) program with precision and compassion, providing support to employees throughout the process and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Liaison with Union and Labor Networks: Cultivate strong relationships with union representatives and labor networks, promoting positive dialogue and collaboration to uphold the interests of both employees and the organization.
Requirements:- Proven experience as an HR Administrator or related field.
- Familiarity with IOD procedures, unions and labor regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate across departments.
