The Role
We are seeking for Housemen & Porters to support both the housekeeping and front-of-house teams in delivering a refined and effortless guest experience.
These roles are dynamic and hands-on, requiring people who move easily between supporting room operations and creating a warm, polished guest arrival and departure experience.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Assisting with guest arrivals and departures, including luggage handling
- Escorting guests to rooms and providing a warm, professional introduction to the space
- Supporting front-of-house and concierge functions when required
- Assisting housekeeping with linen distribution, stock movement, and room readiness
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in public and back-of-house areas
- Supporting room attendants with setup and turnaround
- Responding to guest requests efficiently and with care
- Ensuring smooth operational flow between departments
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in hospitality (housekeeping or front-of-house advantageous)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Professional presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team across departments
- Physically capable of handling manual tasks
- A proactive and service-oriented mindset
