HOUSE MANAGER â€“ DURBANVILLE - R20,000 - R25,000 PER MONTH

POSITION INFO:

HOUSE MANAGER – DURBANVILLE - R20,000 - R25,000 PER MONTH

The successful candidate for this position will have matric, a SABA qualification and experience running a household. Management of day-to-day operations of the home, ensure that the day-to-day operations of the home run efficiently, assuring timely and high-quality completion of tasks and in accordance with the family’s preferences. Manage the household schedule and home administration. Execute daily, weekly and monthly tasks efficiently and within the required timeframe. Manage the household budgeting, meal planning and purchasing in accordance with the employer’s guidelines. Manage household inventory and ensure that supplies are always replenished. Manage and train household staff such as the housekeepers, private chefs and gardeners assuring the best quality of work, and adherence to all household standards and expectations. Deal with any disciplinary matters and manage leave of household staff. Recruit all household employees as and when necessary. Manage guest/contractor access to the house. Run errands as and when necessary

In addition to the above you will have had experience caring for the children, drop and fetch from school, homework and stayover if the parents are travelling.
