· assist with events, functions and promotional activities in a professional manner which may also involve accurate processing cash / and or financial instrument transactions in a very busy environment according to company policies and procedures
· provide efficient and friendly customer services to guests, in person and telephonically
· resolve complaints efficiently, effectively and professionally
· accurately and efficiently record customer detail in a very busy environment, according to company policies and procedures
· project a professional image in both appearance and attitude
· stand and move through the property for long periods
· work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards consistently and accurately
If you have these qualifications, join our team: Matric (NQF 4), Numeracy skills (NQF 4), Verbal and written English skills (NQF 4), proficient skills in MS Office, and at least two years’ experience related hospitality field and/or customer service, answering telephones and administration.
