Our client in the Pome Fruit industry have an opportunity for potential candidates. A 2- year development process to become qualified as a technical assistant with specific focus in horticulture pre-harvest.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• National Senior Certificate with at least 50% in: Mathematics or Technical Mathematics, Biology and Physical Science
• Proficiency in English and Afrikaans
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to self-learning
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to attend periodic industry courses
• Willing and driven to pass online certification exams
• Ability to handle pressure
• Physically fit and healthy
