HEAD OF PAYMENTS AND BANKING PRODUCTS

SUMMARY:
To lead and optimise 4Racing’s digital payments and banking product ecosystem across all platforms in order to maximise customer conversion, transaction success rates, payment reliability, customer experience and commercial efficiency

POSITION INFO:

Job Responsibiltiies:

• Develops, manages and optimises 4Racing’s payment product ecosystem to improve the customer experience, transaction performance and commercial outcomes
• Develops and manages the digital payments and banking product strategy
• Manages payment provider relationships and negotiates commercially favourable agreements that optimise payment performance and cost efficiency
• Manages relationships with payment service providers (PSPs) and banking partners
• Negotiates processing fees and commercial agreements
• Oversees the successful integration, functionality and optimisation of payment systems and customer banking experiences across digital platforms
• Oversees the integration of payment methods into betting and gaming platforms
• Monitors, analyses and improves payment performance metrics and transaction outcomes across all payment channels
• Analyses payment trends and transaction behaviours
• Identifies root causes of payment failures or declines
• Works with providers and technical teams to improve transaction performance
• Develops payment performance dashboards and reporting
• Ensures that payment operations are governed effectively, aligned to compliance requirements and supported through strong stakeholder engagement
• Ensures that payment processes comply with regulatory and compliance requirements
• Collaborates with Fraud, Risk and Compliance teams
• Supports responsible gambling and AML-related payment controls

 Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) Business Management / Commerce / Information Systems / Finance. Computer Science / Digital Product Management / related field
• 7–10 years’ experience in Digital payments / Banking products / FinTech / Payment operations / Product management / eCommerce or transactional platforms / related field
• Certifications in Payments / FinTech / Product Management / Project
