NOW HIRING: GUESTHOUSE MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Guesthouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage guest bookings and process payments.
• Welcome guests and assist with check-ins and check-outs.
• Ensure the guesthouse operates smoothly and efficiently.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas.
• Ensure rooms and guest areas are ready for arrivals.
• Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance regarding outstanding issues.
• Report maintenance problems and follow up until resolved.
• Handle invoices, payments and financial administration.
• Maintain excellent guest relations and service standards.

Requirements

✔ 3+ years'' relevant experience
✔ Previous experience in a guesthouse, hotel, lodge or hospitality management environment
✔ Experience with bookings and guest relations
✔ Experience handling payments, invoices and financial administration
✔ Ability to work under pressure during busy periods
✔ Good computer literacy
✔ Strong organisational and communication skills
✔ Professional, hands-on and guest-focused approach
