We’re looking for a hands-on, passionate Guesthouse Manager with culinary flair to breathe new life into a charming 7-room property in Hermanus. This is a unique opportunity to make your mark and help reposition the guesthouse as a sought-after destination post-Covid.

POSITION INFO:
Role:  Guesthouse Manager / Chef
Location:  Hermanus, Overberg, Western Cape
Salary:  Basic  

What you’ll do:

• Prepare and serve breakfast for guests with care and creativity
• Manage day-to-day guesthouse operations, bookings, and guest relations
• Oversee online booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, and Knightsbridge)
• Handle basic admin and invoicing (Pastel experience is a bonus)

• A self-starter who enjoys building something from the ground up
• Tech-savvy with knowledge of hospitality booking systems
• Comfortable in a guest-facing, multi-tasking role
• Committed, positive, and not afraid of a challenge
