SUMMARY:
Do you have experience in managing a luxurious bed and breakfast establishment ensuring all aspects are monitored correctly from excellent customer service to cleanliness requirements and maintenance of the organisation etc?

We are looking for a people’s person who possesses a comforting and patient personality to communicate with guests professionally and manage and direct employees in their duties to ensure this establishment shines with its luxurious qualities.

Flexible time schedules involved so at times there may be irregular hours of work required.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or G.E.D and/or an undergraduate degree in hotel management, hospitality, or business.
Proven work experience as a House Manager or similar role
A good communicator, understanding the client’s likes and dislike
Knowledgeable on a wide range of areas related to the role
Responsible, efficient, discreet, and organized

DUTIES

Extensive liaison with clients
Coordinating with vendors to ensure that all supplies needed for events are delivered on time.
Ensuring that the interior and exterior of the house is always clean and well-maintained.
Maintaining inventory of all furnishings and equipment in the house, including ordering replacements when needed.
Ensuring that all food service operations run smoothly during events, such as weddings and conferences.
Coordinate with staff members to ensure that all events run smoothly from start to finish.
Supervise daily housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure that the facility is always well-kept.
