Placement Partner Sales & Training Consultant

POSITION INFO:

In this role, you will be required to:

Build a network and stay on top of trends within the recruitment industry
Recognise opportunities and reach out to recruiters who can benefit from a partnership with Placement Partner
Demonstrate the software to new clients
Guide them through the onboarding process, provide in-depth training on the system, offer some basic support
Maintain relationships, build partnerships and collaborate to achieve business success
You will be required to do a fair amount of travel, predominantly within the Western Cape and occasionally to neighbouring provinces.
You will be required to diligently record your work on our CRM system as well as putting together monthly reports for management.
This job requires fast learning and intuition as you will be working with a software product that is constantly growing and evolving.

Remuneration Package Includes:
A basic salary, Commission, Tools for the role and extra benefits

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years sales experience
- Recruitment experience advantageous
- Placement Partner experience a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Driver’s license
- Own reliable vehicle
- Charismatic and confident personality
- And a positive outlook!
